  • You do not need a child in school to claim the credit.

  • Individuals may donate any amount up to $400 or married couples up to $800.

  • Every Arizona may participate whether they live in Patagonia or not.

  • Beginning in 2016, contributions made to a qualifying charitable organization from Janiary 1, 2016 through April 15, 2017 may be used as a tax credit on the 2016 Arizona State tax return.

  • Make your check payable to Family Health Care Amigos in the amount you want to donate.  That amount can be deducted from the taxes you owe for the tax year 2016.

Our organization supports The Lending Shed, loaning durable medical equipment for short term use free of charge to members of our community.  We also supply adult incontinent supplies for residents living under the federal poverty line.
