Family Health Carae Amigos is dedicated to serving the elderly and disabled in Santa Cruz and Cochise Counties through it's Lending Shed.  The Lending Shed operates the Durable Medical Equipment Lending Program and the  Adult Senior Incontinence Program.

Beginning in 2016, contributions made to a qualifying charitable organization from January 1 through April 15 may be used as a tax credit on the current Arizona Tax Return.  Family Health Care Amigos is a certified charity in Arizona #20862.

 

As a 501(c)(3) donations to FAMILY HEALTH CARE AMIGOS qualify on your yearly IRS returns.  Our EIN is 51-0206952
